I suspected AI was used to create these steampunk bugs, and contacting the seller confirmed it. However, most of the files are very useable, perhaps because with the fantastical elements, realism isn't necessary, so AI did a better job. This should work OK for my fabric design project if I decide to go ahead with it despite the use of AI.
