How to Download Your Digital Items

WondersArtist offers two ways to download your graphics depending on whether you are an All Access Member or a one-time purchaser. Follow the instructions below for your download method.

For All Access Members

If you are an All Access Member, you can instantly download every item directly from the product page.

How to Download as a Member:

  • Go to any product page included in your membership.
  • Click the green Download button to download the full bundle instantly.
  • Or click Open in Dropbox to browse the folder, download individual PNGs, or save only the items you need.

Your downloads never expire while your membership is active.

For One-Time Purchases (Non-Members)

If you purchased a bundle individually (without a membership), you will receive a PDF file containing the download links.

Where to Find Your Download:

  1. Immediately after checkout: You will be redirected to a download page where you can download the PDF file for your bundle.
  2. Email confirmation: A copy of the PDF download link will be emailed to you. Check your Inbox, Spam, or Promotions folders.

Using Your PDF File:

Open the PDF and click the download buttons provided inside. Depending on the bundle, you may see options for:

  • Google Drive — instant download or browsing the folder
  • Dropbox — download the full ZIP or individual images

Downloading from Google Drive or Dropbox

Downloading Individual Images

  • Google Drive: Right-click any image → Download.
  • Dropbox: Hover over a file → click the Download icon (three dots).

Downloading the Entire Bundle (ZIP)

  • Google Drive: Right-click the folder name → Download. Drive will compress the folder into a ZIP.
  • Dropbox: Click Download in the top-right → choose Download as ZIP.

Opening ZIP Files on Windows or Mac

Windows

  1. Find your file in the Downloads folder.
  2. Right-click the ZIP → Extract All → choose a folder → Extract.

Mac

  1. Find your ZIP file in Downloads (Finder).
  2. Double-click to unzip automatically.
    Or right-click → Open With → Archive Utility.

I Didn’t Receive My Download Email

Please check:

  • Your Spam or Junk folder
  • Your Gmail Promotions tab
  • That you typed the correct email at checkout

To avoid missing future emails, add our address to your contacts.

Still Having Trouble?

Try these quick fixes:

  • Disable browser extensions (ad blockers, script blockers)
  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
  • Delete any incomplete/corrupted files and download again
