How to Download Your Digital Items

After purchasing your bundle(s), you will be immediately taken to the download page, where you can access your PDF files. Additionally, you will receive an email containing the download link, sent to the email address you provided during purchase or the one associated with your account.

Where to Find Your Downloads

Once you've completed your purchase, there are two ways you can download your items:

1. Download Immediately: After checkout, you'll be redirected to a post-purchase download page, where you can download the PDF files instantly.

2. Email Confirmation: You will also receive an email with the download link to your purchased items. Please check your inbox (and your spam/junk folders) for this email.

 

How to Access and Download the Images

1. Open the PDF File: Once you've downloaded the PDF file, open it to access the "Download" buttons for your bundle.

2. Choose a Download Option:

  • If your bundle offers a Google Drive option, click the Download button for Google Drive.
  • If there’s also a second Dropbox option, click the Download button for Dropbox as an alternative.

 

Downloading Your Files from Google Drive or Dropbox

Individual Downloads:

1. Navigate to the folder containing your images.

2. Select the specific image(s) you want to download:

  • Google Drive: Right-click the image and select Download.
  • Dropbox: Hover over the file, click the Download button (usually represented by three dots or a down-arrow icon), and save the file.

Bulk Downloads (Downloading the Entire Bundle):

1. To download the entire bundle as a zip file:

  • Google Drive:
    - Right-click the folder name at the top left of the screen.
    - Select Download from the dropdown menu. Google Drive will compress the files into a zip file before downloading.

  • Dropbox:
    - Click the Download button in the top-right corner of the screen.
    - Choose Download as Zip to save all the files at once.

 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Windows and Mac Users after downloading

For Windows Users:
1. Locate the Download Folder:

  • After downloading, the file(s) will typically be saved to your Downloads folder unless you have specified a different location.

2. Extract the Zip File (for bulk downloads):

  • Right-click the zip file, and select Extract All.
  • Choose a destination folder and click Extract to access the images.


For Mac Users:
1. Locate the Download Folder:

  • The file(s) will usually appear in your Downloads folder, accessible through Finder.

2. Extract the Zip File (for bulk downloads):

  • Double-click the zip file to automatically extract it into a folder in the same location.
  • If the file doesn’t extract automatically, right-click the zip file and select Open With > Archive Utility.

 

I Can't Find My Download Email

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Promotions tab. To avoid missing future download emails, add our email address to your contacts or safe sender list.

Still Having Trouble?

- Check Your Browser Extensions: Disable any non-standard add-ons (like ad blockers or toolbars) and try again.
- Redownload: Delete any corrupted files and try downloading again from the download page or your email link.
