YOU ARE ALLOWED TO
- Create unlimited Physical End Products for sale or gifts.
- Create unlimited Digital End Products for sale (printables, planners, templates, etc.).
- Make editable templates (PSD/AI/Canva/Affinity, etc.) — even with layers.
- Use items on POD platforms (as-is or with edits).
- Use items in client projects and for your own brand.
- Keep using everything forever, even if you cancel All Access later.
- Convert formats as needed (web/print/cutting/embroidery).
YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO
- Resell/share raw source graphics as standalone files (our PNGs, clipart, papers, fonts) or re-package them as “graphics packs.”
- Include a separate assets folder in your product that contains our graphics as individual downloads.
- Upload our raw files to libraries, stock repositories, or any tool as built-in assets for others to grab.
- Use in ways that infringe laws or third-party rights (logos/characters/real-person likeness, etc.).
That’s it. If you’re selling finished products, templates, or POD items — you’re good. Just don’t redistribute our art as a standalone stock pack.
Physical End Products
Below are examples for physical products (e.g., printing a design on a mug and selling that mug).
YOU ARE ALLOWED TO
- Print/transfer a design as-is or with edits onto mugs, shirts, stickers, journals, packaging, decor, etc.
- Sell unlimited quantities, worldwide, forever.
- Give physical items away (gifts, promo, charity, bundles).
YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO
- Provide a digital copy of our original graphics with your physical product (no download folder of PNGs).
Digital End Products
A Digital End Product is anything delivered digitally for sale to multiple people (printables, planners, card templates, scrapbook pages, wall-art files, social templates, etc.).
YOU ARE ALLOWED TO
- Use our elements to create new products, including editable templates (PSD/AI/Canva, etc.) with layered elements.
- Sell on Etsy, your site, teacher marketplaces, and more.
- Deliver flattened files (JPG/PNG/PDF) and/or the editable template itself.
CONDITIONS (KEEP IT EASY)
- Do not include a separate folder of our graphics (e.g.,
/assets/PNG/) that lets buyers save our art as standalone files. - If the template inherently exposes elements (because it’s layered), add this one-liner in your listing and inside the ZIP:
End-User Notice: This template contains elements licensed from WondersArtist. You may edit and use the template for personal/commercial end products. You may not resell/share the graphics as standalone files or create your own “graphics packs” from them.
YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO
- Sell packs that are basically our source files (e.g., “500 PNG gnomes,” “paper bundle” that’s just our papers).
- Market our graphics as stand-alone stock assets for general reuse.
Print on Demand (POD) Usage
POD services (Redbubble, Merch, Zazzle, Teespring, etc.) allow you to upload designs and they print when ordered.
WITH WONDERSARTIST ITEMS YOU ARE ALLOWED TO
- Upload as-is or with edits.
- Use fonts to create quotes/word art and upload those designs.
- Generate unlimited sales, worldwide.
YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO
- Upload raw font files or our source graphics for public download.
- Create “graphics packs” on POD/marketplaces that are essentially our files.
Embroidery / Cutting Machines
YOU ARE ALLOWED TO
- Convert our designs for machine stitching/cutting and sell unlimited physical items you produce.
YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO
- Sell or share the digital embroidery/cut files derived from our art.
Teams & Clients
- Use assets for client work; deliver the finished outcome (physical products, flattened files, or editable templates).
- Don’t pass clients our raw source files. If they need originals, they should license directly.
- Light team use inside your business is fine. Need multi-seat/vendor redistribution? Email support@wondersartist.com.
AI & Third-Party Rights
- Our collections are created/curated by WondersArtist using professional prompting, composition, editing, and upscaling workflows (which may include tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Microsoft Designer, etc.).
- Your license is non-exclusive.
- You’re responsible for avoiding infringement of brands, copyrighted characters, and real-person likeness. Don’t imply endorsements.

Permitted Usage
- Use licensed items to create unlimited personal and commercial projects (physical, digital, and POD), including editable templates.
- Licenses are perpetual for:
- every item you purchased, and
- every item you downloaded during your All Access Membership (you may keep creating new products with those files even after cancellation).
Prohibited Usage
- Reselling, sharing, sub-licensing, or otherwise distributing our source files as standalone assets or as part of a general graphics library.
- Including a separate “assets” folder of our PNGs/clipart/papers for end-users to save individually.
- Embedding our graphics as a stock library inside an app/service for others to use without licensing.
- Uses that violate laws or platform rules.
If something isn’t clearly permitted, ask us first at support@wondersartist.com. We may update examples over time to add clarity (without narrowing your core rights).
Warranty, Liability & Indemnity
- Items are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order period.
- You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WondersArtist from claims arising out of your use or breach of this license.
- This license is non-transferable (if a client needs source files, they obtain their own license).
