EU Withdrawal Request

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may use this page to submit a withdrawal request for an eligible purchase.

WondersArtist sells digital products, downloadable creative resources, and All Access Memberships that provide immediate access to digital content.

Please note: if you agreed to immediate access and your digital content, downloads, files, or membership library access have already been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available to you, your EU right of withdrawal may no longer apply to that digital content.

Before submitting a request

You may still submit a withdrawal request using the form below. We will review your request according to applicable consumer law, the status of your digital access, and whether your order or membership access has already begun.

For All Access Memberships, you may cancel your membership at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period, unused membership time, or digital content already made available, except where required by applicable law.

Submit your withdrawal request

Please include the following information so we can locate and review your order:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your order number or membership account email
• The product, order, or membership you are requesting withdrawal for
• A clear statement that you want to submit a withdrawal request

Confirmation of your request

After you submit your request, we will send you a confirmation by email. We will then review your request and respond according to applicable consumer law and the status of your digital access.

Digital content and membership access

By purchasing digital content or activating an All Access Membership, you may be asked to expressly agree that access begins immediately before the end of any withdrawal period. Once digital content is delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available to you, you may lose your right of withdrawal for that digital content.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law if digital content is defective, inaccessible, or not as described.
