Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At WondersArtist, some products or services may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or other purchase options. This policy explains how cancellations work for these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, such as the WondersArtist All Access Membership, you receive access to digital products, resources, or membership content based on the subscription plan you select.

Your payment details are stored securely by our payment processor, and you will be charged according to the billing frequency shown at checkout unless you cancel before your next renewal date.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you may cancel it at any time.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the link provided in your order confirmation email, customer account, or membership portal.

Once a subscription is canceled, membership access ends immediately, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to reactivate or purchase a new membership.

Because our membership provides instant access to digital downloads and resources, subscription payments are non-refundable. Please see our Refunds Policy for more details.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, WondersArtist may offer digital products or bundles for pre-order before they are officially released.

When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving access to a digital product that will become available at a future date. Payment may be collected in full, partially, or at a later date, depending on the terms shown at checkout.

You may cancel a pre-order before the product has been delivered or made available for download. Once the digital product has been delivered, released, or made available to your account, the order can no longer be canceled.

Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or delivered, refunds are not available after fulfillment except in the case of a defective, corrupted, or incorrect file. Please see our Refunds Policy for more information.

Try Before You Buy

WondersArtist does not currently offer “try before you buy” purchases for digital products, memberships, or downloadable resources.

Because our products are digital and access is delivered instantly, customers are not able to test, return, or cancel a digital item after access has been granted or files have been delivered.

If WondersArtist offers a trial or preview option in the future, the terms of that offer will be clearly stated at checkout or on the product page.
