At WondersArtist, we take pride in creating unique digital designs, clipart, junk journals, and other digital assets to inspire your creativity. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete. Here’s everything you need to know about our policy:

### No Refunds on Digital Products
Since all of our products are digital, you receive instant access and the ability to download your purchase immediately after checkout. Because of this instant accessibility, we’re unable to offer refunds on any purchases, as digital files cannot be returned.

### Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally place a duplicate order, we’re happy to offer you a free bundle of your choice from our store as an exchange. Please contact us with your order details, and we’ll be glad to help!

### Issues with Downloads or Bundles
If you experience any difficulties with downloading your files or encounter any issues with a purchased bundle, please reach out to us at support@wondersartist.com or through our contact form. We’re here to assist you and ensure you receive the files correctly.

### Refunds for Faulty or Defective Bundles
In the rare case that the images within your purchased bundle are faulty or contain defects, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether that’s by replacing the defective files or, if necessary, providing a refund.
