Refunds Policy

At WondersArtist, every bundle, illustration, and resource is lovingly created to inspire your creativity. Because all of our products are digital, access is delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned. For this reason, all sales are final, except where required by applicable law. Below is our full refund policy for both individual purchases and our All Access Membership.

All Access Membership Refunds

All Access Membership purchases are non-refundable. Once a membership becomes active, full access to our digital library is granted immediately, and downloads are available right away. Because this access cannot be reversed, we’re unable to issue refunds for:

  • Active or previously active memberships
  • Unused time within a billing period
  • “I wasn’t able to use it” claims without prior communication
  • Partial months or mid-cycle cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time. Once you cancel, your membership access will end immediately, and there will be no future charges.

If you experience login issues, access problems, or download difficulties, please contact us right away — we’re always here to help.

No Refunds on Digital Products

All digital items, including clipart bundles, digital papers, junk journals, printable resources, and other downloadable files, include instant access after checkout. Because these files are immediately available and cannot be returned, we cannot offer refunds on digital purchases, except where required by applicable law.

EU Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products and All Access Memberships

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for certain online purchases.

WondersArtist sells digital products and digital memberships that provide immediate access to downloadable content. By purchasing digital products or activating an All Access Membership, you agree that access to the digital content begins immediately. You also acknowledge that once digital content is delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available to you, you may lose your EU right of withdrawal for that digital content.

For All Access Memberships, access to our digital library begins immediately after purchase. Once your membership is active and digital content is made available, downloaded, or accessed, membership payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period, unused time, or digital content already made available.

EU customers may submit a withdrawal request through our EU Withdrawal Request page. We will review each request according to applicable consumer law, the status of digital access, and whether the digital content or membership access has already begun.

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place a duplicate order, we’re happy to assist. We can offer you a free bundle of your choice as an exchange. Just send us your order details and we’ll take care of it.

Issues with Downloads or Bundles

If you have any issues downloading your files or something isn’t appearing correctly, please reach out to us at support@wondersartist.com or through our contact form. We’ll make sure you receive everything smoothly.

Refunds for Faulty or Defective Bundles

In the rare case a file is defective, corrupted, inaccessible, or contains errors, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please notify us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law if digital content is defective, inaccessible, or not as described.
