By accessing or using any part of the site, creating an account, purchasing a digital product, or activating an All Access Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

WondersArtist sells digital products, downloadable creative resources, digital bundles, clipart, digital papers, junk journal resources, printable files, and digital membership access. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website.

All digital products are delivered or made available electronically. No physical product is shipped unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Products, services, and memberships are subject to return, cancellation, withdrawal, or refund only according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products, services, memberships, or digital content to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

All descriptions of products, services, memberships, or pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, digital files, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist with access issues, defective files, or download problems.

Section 6 - Digital Downloads and License of Use

When you purchase or access a digital product from WondersArtist, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital content according to the license terms provided with the product or on our website.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, give away, sublicense, copy for resale, or otherwise make our digital files available to others as standalone files or competing products. This includes files accessed through an All Access Membership.

Membership access is for the purchasing customer only. Sharing login details, download links, files, or membership content with others is not permitted.

Section 7 - All Access Memberships and Subscriptions

Our All Access Membership provides access to a digital library of WondersArtist content while your membership is active. Membership access begins immediately after purchase or activation unless otherwise stated.

If your membership is recurring, you authorize recurring charges according to the price, billing period, and renewal terms shown at checkout. Your payment method may be charged automatically until you cancel.

You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future charges. Once you cancel, your membership access may end immediately according to the membership terms shown at purchase and in our Refund Policy.

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period, unused membership time, or digital content already made available, except where required by applicable law.

Section 8 - EU Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products and Memberships

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for certain online purchases.

WondersArtist sells digital products and digital memberships that provide immediate access to downloadable content. By purchasing digital products, accessing downloads, or activating an All Access Membership, you expressly request and agree that access to the digital content begins immediately before the end of any withdrawal period.

You acknowledge that once digital content is delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available to you, you may lose your EU right of withdrawal for that digital content.

For All Access Memberships, access to our digital library begins immediately after purchase or activation. Once your membership is active and digital content is made available, downloaded, or accessed, membership payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period, unused time, or digital content already made available.

EU customers may submit a withdrawal request through our EU Withdrawal Request page. We will review each request according to applicable consumer law, the status of digital access, and whether the digital content or membership access has already begun.

This section does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law if digital content is defective, inaccessible, or not as described.

Section 9 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time of order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment information, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and this will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or by ceasing to use our site.

If, in our sole judgment, you fail or we suspect that you have failed to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and may deny you access to our Services, account, downloads, or membership content.

These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service.

By subscribing to SMS messages from WondersArtist, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages, including cart reminders and special offers, to the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at support@wondersartist.com.

We are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile carriers are not responsible for message delivery.

Your phone number and message activity may be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
